Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed berries
- 4 cups rhubarb cut in to 1/2 inch pieces
- 6 to 61/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup bottled lemon juice
Instructions
Combine, cook to jell stage. Put into jelly jars BWB for 10 minutes. Now I have to make more because it turned out so good it's almost gone and I was giving them away for Christmas.
