Watermelon Jelly

Ingredients

  • 4 cup bite-size chunks watermelon
  • 3 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 ounce liquid fruit pectin

Instructions

Blend 4 cups watermelon pieces in blender for 1 minute on medium speed. In Dutch oven mix melon, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to full boil. Stir in liquid fruit pectin. Boil 1 minute, stirring. Skim off foam. Pour in jars and seal.
