Barbecue Chicken and Hot Links
Barbecue is always a tasty choice no matter what. Good barbecue chicken recipes take a long time though. Good thing this quick and easy pressure cooker recipe lets you cook delicious barbecue chicken in no time at all.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 hot links, cubed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat pressure cooker. Add oil, chicken, hot links. Fry til browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Fry for 2 to 3 more minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Place on lid, bring pressure up. Cook for 30 minutes. Release pressure.
