Ingredients
- 4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 pint whole, fresh mushrooms
- 1 can olives
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 cup red wine
Instructions

Make sure to chop the onions and the pepper into large pieces. Add them, along with the other ingredients into the pressure cooker with the exception of the olives.

Follow the directions to pressure cook for 15 minutes. Be sure to set the valve the Pressure, and make sure the lid is locked.

To serve, place the mixture over your choice of pasta. Slice the olives and sprinkle them over the mixture.
