Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean stewing beef; cut in 1 1/2" cubes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 bay leaves
- pinch of thyme
- salt and pepper
- vegetables to taste
Instructions
Soak lid. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, place in clay baker, cover and put into cold oven. Temp 425F, 80 minutes.
