    German Potato Salad

    Ingredients

    • 6 slices bacon, diced
    • 4 medium diced raw potatoes
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 1/3 cup vinegar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons minced parsley

    Instructions

    Heat cooker and brown bacon. Pour off excess drippings. Add potatoes and onion. Combine sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, water and parsley, then add to cooker. Mix well. Close cover, set pressure regulator and cook for 5 minutes. Immediately reduce pressure.
