Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 6 potatoes, skinned and quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Bring up to pressure and once top starts rocking turn it down to a slow rock (on our models it would be turning it down to around 250). Cook for 5 minutes. Release pressure all at once. I don't even drain what's left of the liquid. Just put in a bowl, add milk and butter and whip it up.
