Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chuck, chicken, or turkey
- 1 med. onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 sm can tomato sauce
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- liquid from 1 can kidney beans or Mexican chili beans
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbls chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- pinch dried cilantro flakes
- 2 beef bouillion cubes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Brown ground meat, onion, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Pressure cook 15 lbs for 15 minutes. Add a can of chili beans and a can of kidney beans when pressure is down.
