    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds ground chuck, chicken, or turkey
    • 1 med. onion
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 1 can diced tomatoes
    • 1 sm can tomato sauce
    • 1 can condensed tomato soup
    • liquid from 1 can kidney beans or Mexican chili beans
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp parsley flakes
    • 2 Tbls chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • pinch dried cilantro flakes
    • 2 beef bouillion cubes
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

    Instructions

    Brown ground meat, onion, celery and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Pressure cook 15 lbs for 15 minutes. Add a can of chili beans and a can of kidney beans when pressure is down.
