Ingredients
- 2 Cornish hens
- 2 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Heat cooker, add oil and brown hens. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Close cover and place pressure regulator on pipe, cook for 8 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Remove from heat and let pressure drop by itself. If desired, brown hens under broiler.
