Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 cup water or broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cup Mexican cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
- 1 can beans, rinsed and dried

Instructions

Place chicken breast in the pressure cooker, and add 1 cup water.

Cook on "pressure cook" for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Lay ½ a bag of chips on a cookie sheet.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Add beans and jalapenos.

Place shredded chicken on top.

Top off with more cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
