Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks real butter, softenend
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, softened
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar very well. Add milk, chocolate and mix again. Fold in Cool Whip and spoon into muffin pan with paper liners in. Freeze. Will keep, frozen, for months. Let thaw 20-30 minutes before serving.
