Creamy Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine rice, milk, sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring often. Add vanilla. Pour into serving dish. Serve hot or cold. Makes 6 servings.
