Grandma's Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • vanilla to taste
  • grated lemon peel to taste
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • raisins to taste
  • 2 medium or large eggs
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  • cinnamon to taste

Instructions

Butter a round caserole dish, large enough to hold all ingredients. Mix together all ingredients and bake in a 375! oven until the top is golden brown.
