Apricot Date Bread
This is not your average date bread recipe - it's better! The addition of pecans and apricots give it more depth and more flavor, and it's just right for an easy breakfast, snack, or any time!

Ingredients
- 1 box date bread mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Combine date bread mix, water, and egg; mix thoroughly.
- Add pecans and apricots and blend well.
- Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake at 350F degrees for 1 hour.
- Cool thoroughly in pan, then slice and serve. Yields 15-20 slices.
