Grandma's Banana Nut Bread

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large mixing bowl combine bananas, sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter; beat until mixed well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; beat until smooth and slightly thickened.

Butter 4 mini loaf pans and pour batter in, filling of the way.

Top with nuts and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Cool on wire rack in pan for 10 minutes then remove from pans to complete cooling.
