Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 3 tubes biscuits from the dairy section
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Mix sugar and cinnamon and put mixture into a plastic bag- Add the biscuit quarters and shake to completely coat. Layer them in an oven proof pan (I use a bundt pan) Spray or oil the pan. Mix together, brown sugar, melted butter and nuts. Pour over the biscuits. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done.
