Ohsawa Bread
Ingredients
- Mix 4 parts flour, 2 parts polenta, 2 parts chestnut flour, and
- two parts buckwheat flour. Add a little oil and some raisins.
- Knead gently with water. Oil pans, fill with a little dough, brush
- with egg, and bake in oven. For sick people mix buckwheat flour,
- wheat flour, polenta, millet flour, etc., without chestnuts or
- raisins. Because no baking powder is used, this bread will not be
- soft and light, but it is tasty when chewed well.
