Passover Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup medium matzo meal
  • tablespoon of sugar
  • teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Boil oil and water together. Whilst boiling stir in matzo meal. Add the beaten eggs and sugar and salt. Mix well. Stand the mixture in a refrigerator until the mixture hardens. Then make into balls. Cook in the oven at 160 degrees centigrade for about 1 hour.
