Chipotle Copycat Guacamole
Chipotle is popular for its fresh, delicious, naturally raised food. Re-create their natural taste with this copycat gucamole recipe.

Makes about 1 cup.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 large serrano chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Using fork, mash avocado with lime juice in small bowl. Add cilantro, onion, garlic, serrano chilies and salt; stir to combine.

Guacamole is always a great appetizer that everyone enjoys. That being said, I would triple this recipe so there would definitely be enough. When making this, I would use mild chilies because some people do not like spicy food.

I made a double batch and this is awesome. I know for sure that the Chipotle one has red onion in it, so if that is what you are looking for, use that. I made it with white onion and it was still good! Only thing I did was add a bit more salt. Will make again in the future!
