Basmati rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Basmati
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

Soak the rice in cold water for 15 minutes. Then put cold, unsalted water in a pot together with the drained rice. Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat, cover the pot and let simmer for 20 minutes. Do not open the pot during that time, do not stir.
