Herb Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 1 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup celery and leaves

Instructions

Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 minutes. Add rice and mix well.
