Quick Spanish Rice
Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cup cooked rice
- 2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil over low heat until onion is translucent. Add rice and saute briefly. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Heat through and serve.
