Zesty Pepper Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cup white rice
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 4 ounce beef steak
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper coarsely ground, to taste
Instructions
- Pan fry stake on high heat to char. Dice and set aside.
- Boil 3 cups of water with salt, add rice, stir, turn heat setting to simmer for 25 minutes then take the pot off the stove for 5 minutes.
- Transfer rice into a large bowl and fluff the rice with a fork.
- Combine the remaining ingredients to the rice, cover for 5 minutes to allow the raw vegetables to slightly cook. Stir again before serving.
