Catalina Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3/4 to 1 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 to 2 cups oil (use twice as much oil as vinegar)
• 1 medium onion, grated
• salt: to taste
• 1 tbsp paprika, optional
• 8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, optional
• garlic powder, optional
• pepper to taste, optional
