Cesear Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lemons
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vineger
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and cracked pepper

Instructions

Add all wet ingredients and then the dry on top and blend in a blender. Season to taste. Serve with freshly washed lettuce (1/2 romana and 1/2 iceberg).
