Japanese Ume Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 T sesame seeds, roasted lightly
- 1 T chopped ginger
- 1 T to 2 T minced umeboshi or neri-ume (in a jar)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon or lime juice (optional)
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix in a blender for 30 seconds.
