Low Fat Creamy Herb Dressing
Give your salad a lot of flavor without a lot of fat when you make this yummy homemade dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 dash of freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients by hand or using a blender or food processor.
- Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 2 cups.
