Ingredients
- 2 cup cranberry halves, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 cup apples, unpeeled and diced
- 1 cup seedless green grape halves
- 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3/4 cup black walnuts
- 4 cup nondairy whipped topping
- 1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and sugar in medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples.
- Add cranberry mixture and Black Walnuts; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Cover and chill.
- Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
