Barley Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup barley, cooked
- 10 ounce frozen lima beans, frozen, cooked
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Instructions
Serving Size : 4. Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill in refrigerator up to 4 hours.
