Bing Cherry Mold
Ingredients
- 3 16-oz cans bing cherries
- 3 3-oz pkgs black cherry gelatin
- 2 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 2 1/4 cup cherry syrup
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup thin sliced almonds
Instructions
Drain cherries and reserve juice. Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water. Add cherry syrup and sherry. Chill until partially set. Fold in sour cream, cherries and almonds. Pour into a large deep mold and chill until set. Serves 12 or more.
