Cannellini Salad

If you need a quick, easy, and healthy side dish, try this Cannellini Salad. Bursting with Mediterranean flavors, it's guilt-free and can even make a great lunch salad. Salad recipes have never been this good.
Ingredients
- 2 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 ounce cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup kalmata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Place first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together last 5 ingredients in a small dish, and pour over the beans.
- Toss and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
