I LOL'd when I read your comment, sugar. Yall are right. This may not be an 'authentic' Texas Cole Slaw recipe, but I think that I'll give it a try anyways. We're Bleu Cheese lovers, so I think we'll enjoy this little 'twist' on Cole Slaw the next time I make it. Hey, I'm always willing to try something new.
