    This simple, sweet coleslaw recipe features a healthy coleslaw dressing made with yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Elegant flavors like orange and hazelnut bring out the sweetness of the cabbage in Danish Coleslaw.

    This recipe makes a single serving. You can easily double or triple it for more servings.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup apple, diced
    • 1/2 cup orange, peeled and diced
    • 2 tablespoons raisins
    • 1/4 cup yogurt with orange
    • chopped hazelnuts or walnuts

    Instructions

    1. Place oranges, cabbage, apples, and raisins in a medium-sized bowl.
       
    2. Mix in yogurt until well blended.
       
    3. Coarsely chop nuts and sprinkle over slaw.
