Danish Coleslaw
This simple, sweet coleslaw recipe features a healthy coleslaw dressing made with yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Elegant flavors like orange and hazelnut bring out the sweetness of the cabbage in Danish Coleslaw.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup apple, diced
- 1/2 cup orange, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 cup yogurt with orange
- chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
Instructions
- Place oranges, cabbage, apples, and raisins in a medium-sized bowl.
- Mix in yogurt until well blended.
- Coarsely chop nuts and sprinkle over slaw.
