Italian Coleslaw
Italian Coleslaw is a tasty, no mayo coleslaw recipe packed with colorful vegetables. Tangy Italian dressing gives this simple coleslaw dressing its big flavor and eliminates the need for sugar and mayonnaise.

Keeps in refrigerator up to 3 days.
Ingredients
- 6 cups green cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup green olives with pimento, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup black olives, coarsely chopped
- broccoli, cut up, optional
- cauliflower, cut up, optional
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well and place in a large, resealable plastic bag.
- Pour Italian dressing into bag to coat all ingredients.
- Allow the slaw to marinate in the refrigerat for at least six hours before serving.
