Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh Jonah crab meat
- 2 tablespoons Light Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 cup Light Hellmann's Mayo
- 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 large green onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions

Carefully comb through crab meat for any extra shells. Making sure not to break up crab, marinate crab pieces with Italian dressing for about hour.

Meanwhile, thoroughly mix all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Add crabmeat mixture to mayonnaise mixture and mix with spatula, again not to break up pieces.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or serve immediately on a bed of fresh mixed greens or wrapped in a tortilla with tomato and lettuce.
