Mexican Cornbread Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Mexican corn bread mix, baked
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 med. bell pepper, diced
- 1 med. tomato, diced
- 1 cup salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Crumble corn bread and add to other ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Place in a covered dish and let chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
