Ramen Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 small Napa cabbage
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, roasted
- 1 pkg. bean sprouts
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 cup chopped mushrooms, fresh
- 1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles
Instructions
Dressing: 1/2 cup veg. oil 2-4 Tbsp soy sauce 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar salt & pepper to taste Mix dressing. Toss with salad.
