Romaine Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine, torn up
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
  • 1 avacado, cut up
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Dressing: 1/3 cup minced shallots 2 T. brown spicy mustard 3/4 cup olive oil 3 T. cider vinegar or raspberry vinegar 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper Make in the usual manner.
