Summery Cherry Tomato and Feta Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pint small cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch green onions, cut in 3/4-inch rings
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 pound plain or peppercorn feta cheese, cubed
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onions, and peppers in a large bowl; toss gently.
- Gently fold in cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let stand at room temperature 45 to 60 minutes before serving. This is best served the day it is made.
