Veg all Salad

Ingredients

  • 15oz. can Veg-All, drained
  • 1/2 to 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • dash or two of salt
  • medium head of lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Drain Veg-All. Place in a bowl and lightly salt. Add mayonaise and chopped green onions. Mix well and let set to flavor through. Clean and shred coarsely a medium head of lettuce. Do not add to Veg-All mixture until ready to serve. Mix well. The lettuce in this salad will wilt very quickly, so do not mix until ready to serve. If you have leftovers, it will look really sad the next day, but will still taste great!
