    Waldorf Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 head celery, chopped into 1/4 inch thick slices
    • 1 red apple, chopped into 1/2 cubed chunks (leave skin on)
    • 200g Roquefort blue cheese, crumbled
    • 125g greek yogurt
    • handful of walnuts or almonds

    Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving.
