Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head celery, chopped into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 1 red apple, chopped into 1/2 cubed chunks (leave skin on)
- 200g Roquefort blue cheese, crumbled
- 125g greek yogurt
- handful of walnuts or almonds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and chill for 1 hour before serving.
