Restaurant-style Easy Salsa

Ingredients

  • 15 to (16-ounce) can whole tomatoes (or 8 whole fresh tomatoes, chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded with stem removed and chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables as stated above.
     
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
     
  3. Process until smooth. Chill.
