Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 large can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes plus juice
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 green onion stalks, chopped
- 3 1/2 ounce roasted red peppers
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp salt
- 2-3 dashes Cholula sauce
- Cilantro (small bunch) finely chopped (or 2 tbsp. dried cilantro)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve with tortilla chips. Flavor improves after being refrigerated overnight before serving.
