Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak such as rib eye
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper or steak blend
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 2 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
  • 4 S.Rosen's Klassic Onion Buns
  1. Rub the seasoning into the steak.

  2. Grill the steak for no more than 2 -3 minutes per side over high heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing it thinly.

  3. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the arugula on the bun followed by the steak and blue cheese and dressing.
