Cucumber Sandwiches
Ingredients
- very fresh slices of white bread
- butter, room temp
- cucumber
Instructions
Slice cucumber thinly. Butter slices of bread. Place cucumber on bread. Lightly sprinkle some pepper and salt. Cover with another slice. Cut sandwich into half or quarter on a diagonal.
