"Irish Grilled Cheese

A delicious Irish twist on an American staple.  Not only is it simple to make, it's perfect for kids, vegetarians, or anyone looking for a tasty alternative to corned beef and cabbage.  We recommend using S.Rosen's Black Bavarian Rye, but try it with whichever variety of our rye you prefer!

Ingredients

  • 2 slice S.Rosen's Bavarian Dark Rye
  • 1 package Kerry Gold Blarney Castle Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat

  2. Place the slices of bread in the skillet, allowing them to soak up all the butter. Cut the cheese into thin slices, and lay on the bread.

  3. Allow the cheese to melt, then bring the two slices together and check both sides to make sure they're crisp and the cheese is melted.
