"This Tuna Melt Sandwich is truly what comfort food is all about. We’re talking a ton of great flavors, super easy to make and done in just 20 minutes. Serve it next to some roasted potatoes and a garden salad for a simple yet delicious meal. To make this recipe, I used Spanish canned tuna in olive oil. You can also use tuna in water if you like. As for the bread, I used slices of sourdough. Any type of bread can be used. The most important part is to lightly toast the bread beforehand; that way, it doesn’t get mushy and fall apart once you add the tuna mixture."
