Apricot Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground

Instructions

Cut apricots in small pieces. Bring all ingredients to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 min. Put into blender and blend until smooth. NOTE: Good on Pork, Ribs, Chicken.
