Asparagus Pesto

"Asparagus gets a bad rap, which is a shame because it's delicious. If you want to sneak a little into your family's menu without them knowing, this Asparagus Pesto is the perfect way. You blend the asparagus so no one knows what it is. Then, use it to top spaghetti instead of traditional pesto or marinara sauce. If your family already loves pesto, you can add the tops of the asparagus (since you only use the bottoms for this) to the pasta dish!"
